Who are we?

Welcome to Windcombe, a close-knit community located on the north side of Indianapolis, Indiana. Our neighborhood is home to friendly faces, tree-lined streets, and a shared sense of pride that makes living here truly special.

The Windcombe Neighborhood Association (WNA) was created to strengthen our community through connection, communication, and collaboration. We work together to keep our neighborhood safe, welcoming, and beautiful while encouraging neighbor-to-neighbor friendships.
